At Koailani Farms, every jar, bottle & bar begins with family.

We are Sandy, Trevor, and our two little adventurers, Ailani and Koa - the heart and inspiration behind everything we create. Our name, Koailani (koh-eye-lah-nee), is a blend of our children’s names, formulated by Miss Ailani herself. It serves as our reminder that this dream was built for them and because of them.

Our journey began when my son Koa was born with full-body eczema. Doctors only recommended topical steroids, something I was not willing to put on my baby’s skin, so I searched for my own gentle and natural relief. Starting with tallow, I saw how beautifully it healed his skin, and that sparked a passion to look closely at every ingredient I used for my babies. From there, our baby line was born, soon growing into a full collection that cares for both little ones and the parents who nurture them. We remain committed to creating products made with pure and wholesome ingredients you can trust, ones that are as kind to your skin as they are to the earth.

From the first pour to the final label, every product is made with care, intention, and a touch of island-inspired warmth. Our hope is that when you bring Koailani Farms into your home, you feel the same joy, love, and connection that we pour into every creation.
